The Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act, part of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act of 2021, is a law that aims to boost U.S. manufacturing and the overall use of American-made products in federal government funded infrastructure projects. There is a domestic sourcing preference that applies to manufactured, construction, iron, and steel products.
