McCrometer, Inc. Announces Launch of New ProComm Go Converter

Hemet, Calif. – McCrometer, Inc., a globally recognized flow meter manufacturer, recently announced the newest converter to their ProComm product line, ProComm Go.
ProComm Go is the reimagined and upgraded converter for the Dura Mag™ and Mc®Mag3000™ inspired by recent customer feedback and designed to fit the needs of the agriculture and municipal water industries, among others.
ProComm Go offers end-users a variety of benefits such as bi-directional flow measurement, remote mounting, AC/DC and battery power, AMI/AMR compatibility, an increased field-of-view, and an opto-activated display. These features are in addition to the existing options available with Dura Mag and McMag3000’s original converter such as telemetry-ready output options, datalogging, and a DIY-replaceable battery pack.

The launch of ProComm Go follows the recent announcement of the Dura Mag’s NSF-61 and NSF-372 certifications, yet another advancement McCrometer has achieved to serve a wider customer base. The McMag3000 has been serving the agricultural market since 2014, and Dura Mag since 2017, and the launch of ProComm Go extends the benefits of both meters to the water and wastewater industries. Ideal for a variety of municipal and agricultural applications, ProComm Go provides users with durable, long-lasting flow monitoring guaranteed with a 5-year battery and full meter warranty.

The ProComm Go is available to order beginning October 4th and may be purchased with the McMag3000 and the Dura Mag, as well as independently. Based on the configuration, users may solely obtain the upgraded converter and with guidance from the McCrometer team, retrofit to their existing Dura Mag or McMag3000 in-field without any impact to the meter’s specified accuracy.
