Hemet, Calif. – McCrometer, Inc., a globally recognized flow meter manufacturer, recently announced the transfer of the Hach Flow product line from Hach to McCrometer.

Hach Flow is a collection of products and services focused on open-channel flow monitoring for municipal customers. This acquisition expands McCrometer’s municipal flow portfolio and establishes a more holistic product suite to meet the sophisticated needs of drinking water and wastewater flow applications.

The transfer of the Hach Flow product line is overseen by Brian Thompson, the Hach Flow Integration Leader and Vice President of Sales for McCrometer, who joined the company from Hach in January of 2023.

“McCrometer’s acquisition of the Hach Flow product line allows for research and development investment for the overall product development roadmap,” explains Thompson. “Ultimately, it helps streamline our solutions-based services and allows McCrometer to continue to innovate on behalf of our municipal customers.”

Hach will continue to manufacture Hach Flow products as a contracted manufacturer for McCrometer, to maintain already efficient and effective product fulfillment. For new product development, McCrometer will execute research and development as well as manufacturing from its Southern California headquarters.
