Launched in February 2020 at the World Ag Expo, the McMag²⁰⁰⁰ was designed for the agriculture, irrigation, and water industries and is best suited to applications such as center pivot systems, surface water measurement, well monitoring, and more.

Post-launch, customers seeking metering solutions for applications in irrigation and surface water districts expressed interest in adopting the McMag²⁰⁰⁰ for 14-inch and 16-inch pipelines, declaring the meter’s overall low cost of ownership, ±2% accuracy, and easy DIY installation and maintenance as valuable and desirable benefits.

The 14-inch and 16-inch McMag²⁰⁰⁰ meters offer the same features and benefits as the smaller units, only identifiable through a bigger saddle accommodating larger pipelines. The McMag²⁰⁰⁰ is an ideal flow meter for any flow project measuring water and not requiring a feature-rich meter such as McCrometer’s full-bore Ultra Mag®, which offers greater accuracy, smart output options, 4-20mA, remote-mount converter, and more, for a higher price.
